Welcome to The Miners’ 9 Couple’s Scramble Tournament (Followed by Live Music with “Lovin’ Country”)
We’re thrilled to have you join us for a round of great golf, camaraderie, food and live music. Whether you’re here to compete or just enjoy golf and good company, we hope this tournament brings smiles, memories, and maybe even a few birdies!
Official Rules
Shotgun Start @ 10am. Please arrive 30 minutes early to check in. Free lunch from the grill during the tournament. Restaurant will also be open until 6pm following the tournament. Mulligans for purchase day of tournament – $10 couple/2 mulligans Skins available for purchase day of tournament – $20/couple
Team Composition
Each team consists of 2 players. Scramble Format.
Ball Placement – After selecting the best shot, all players place their ball within one club length (no closer to the hole) from the chosen ball’s position without changing the lie
Etiquette
Please maintain pace of play with the group in front of you NO Carts in Long Grass areas

Closest to pin Hole 5/14
Longest Putt on Hole 9/18
Switch-a-roo on Hole 2/11 – switch putters with your partner
Club Limit on Hole 6/15 – Each player can only use 2 clubs (putter not included) However, you can use your teammates clubs as well. Pick wisely 🙂
Tee Boxes By Age:
Men up to 65 plays from White/Blues: 65-80 plays from Green/Black: 80+ from Red/Yellow
Women up to 65 play from Green/Black: 65+ play from Red/Yellow
You must complete your 9 holes before changing Tee Boxes. Ex…If you start on #4 white tees, you must play though #3 white tees before changing to Blue Tee on #13
FLIGHTING:
This will be a flighted tournament determined on the day of the tournament based on the number of teams.
TIES:
All ties for 1st, 2nd, 3rd will be broken by: Counting back using the highest handicap hole, except in Championship flight for 1st Place. All teams tying for 1st Place in Championship flight will start a sudden death playoff on Hole 6.
SKINS:
Skins will be paid to lowest score on any given hole.
