DESCRIPTION:Welcome to The Miners’ 9 Women’s Three Person Scramble  \nWe’re thrilled to have you join us for a round of great golf\, camaraderie\, food and prizes. Whether you’re here to compete or just enjoy golf and good company\, we hope this tournament brings smiles\, memories\, and maybe even a few birdies!  \nWe will be setting up a “PINK” booth for opportunities to donate to\, “The Iron County Cancer Unit”.  They are a local unit that helps provide lodging\, basic necessities\, transportation needs\, and so much more for families and individuals fighting the fight. \n🏌️‍♂️ Tournament Format: 3-Person Scramble  \nIn a scramble\, all players tee off on each hole. The team then selects the best shot and all players play their next shot from that spot. This process continues until the ball is holed.  \n📋 Official Rules  \nShotgun Start @ 9am.  Please arrive 30 minutes early to check in.  \nLunch will be served starting approx 1:30pm  \nTeam Composition  \nEach team consists of 3 players.   \nBall Placement  \nAfter selecting the best shot\, all players place their ball within one club length (no closer to the hole) from the chosen ball’s position without changing the lie  \nScoring  \nKeep one official scorecard per team.  Please have the other team confirm and sign your card.  Turn it in at the clubhouse immediately after your round.  \nEtiquette  \nPlease maintain pace of play with the group in front of you  \nNO Carts in Long Grass areas  \nHole Proxies  \nClosest to pin Hole 5/14  \nLongest Putt on Hole 9/18  \nTee Boxes By Age:  \nAll golfers play from the Red Tees on the front 9 and Yellow Tees on the back 9.  \nYou must complete your 9 holes before changing Tee Boxes.  Ex…If you start on #4 white tees\, you must play though #3 white tees before changing to Blue Tee on #13               \nTIES:                                    \nAll ties for 1st\, 2nd\, 3rd will be broken by:  \nCounting back using the highest handicap hole.  \nSKINS:                               \nSkins will be determined after the round and paid out to each team.  \nHOLE #8:  \nAll golfers must Tee off on the bottom designated Tee Box.  \nOur very own Wisconsin Open and Wisconsin Amateur qualifier\, Nathan Thomson will be available to hit your shot for only $5.00 if you choose to use him.  This guarantees your shot on the green.   \nThere is also a designated drop area to the right of the green on top of the hill marked by red tee markers.  \n **Please note that due to the Michigan Liquor Control Law\, you are NOT PERMITTED to bring any outside alcohol on the premises. Those who do may be fined or removed from the premises with legal action. \n

Whether you’re here to compete or just enjoy golf and good company\, we hope this tournament brings smiles\, memories\, and maybe even a few birdies!  \nTournament Format: 2-Person Scramble  \nIn a scramble\, all players tee off each hole. The team then selects the best shot\, and all players play their next shot from that spot. This process continues until the ball is holed.  \nGlo-Balls provided for each person. \nWe will play our first 9 holes during daylight.  Break for dinner (included) and head back on the course for 9 holes in the dark! \nOfficial Rules  \nShotgun Start @ 4pm. All teams tying for 1st Place in  \nChampionship flight will start a sudden death playoff on Hole 6.   \nSKINS:   \nSkins will be paid to lowest score on any given hole.
