DESCRIPTION:Welcome to The Miners’ Nine – Night Golf Two Person Scramble  \nWe’re thrilled to have you join us for a round of great golf\, camaraderie\, food and competition. Whether you’re here to compete or just enjoy golf and good company\, we hope this tournament brings smiles\, memories\, and maybe even a few birdies!  \nTournament Format: 2-Person Scramble  \nIn a scramble\, all players tee off each hole. The team then selects the best shot\, and all players play their next shot from that spot. This process continues until the ball is holed.  \nGlo-Balls provided for each person. \nWe will play our first 9 holes during daylight.  Break for dinner (included) and head back on the course for 9 holes in the dark! \nOfficial Rules  \nShotgun Start @ 4pm. Please arrive 30 minutes early to check in.  \nDinner will be served in between each of the 9 holes. \nTeam Composition  \nEach team consists of 2 players.   \nBall Placement  \nAfter selecting the best shot\, all players place their ball within one club length (no closer to the hole) from the chosen ball’s position without changing the lie  \nScoring  \nKeep one official scorecard per team. Please have the other team confirm and sign your card. Turn it in at the clubhouse immediately after your round.  \nEtiquette  \nPlease maintain pace of play with the group in front of you  \nNO Carts in Long Grass areas  \nHole Proxies  \nClosest to pin Hole 5/14\, 8/17  \nLongest Putt on Hole 9/18  \nMulligans for purchase – $10 team/2 mulligans  \nTee Boxes By Age:  \nMen up to 65 plays from White/Blues  \n65-80 plays from Green/Black  \n80+ from Red/Yellow  \nWe will play from the front 9 tees on the first 9 holes\, and then switch to the back 9 holes for the night portion of the tournament    \nFLIGHTING:  \nThis will be a flighted tournament determined on the day of the tournament based on   \nthe number of teams.  \nTIES:   \nAll ties for 1st\, 2nd\, 3rd will be broken by:  \nCounting back using the highest handicap hole\, except in   \nChampionship flight for 1st Place. All teams tying for 1st Place in  \nChampionship flight will start a sudden death playoff on Hole 6.   \nSKINS:   \nSkins will be paid to lowest score on any given hole.
